As a web team leader, you must have a high understanding of available technical solutions and be able to contribute to team success at the code level. Take responsibility for making strategic decisions that will help ensure the implementation of initiatives. You should be able to effectively provide reasonable estimates for project timelines from design until delivery.Requirements:

Art Team

Job Description

As an art team leader, you will be in charge of deciding with your team members what art ideas to carry out for the project, assigning tasks to your team members and overseeing and giving feedback on their contributions. In the initial phase of the project, there will be team leaders for both design and illustration, but more could be added as the project progresses.- The design team leader will be asked to guide their team in the creation of designs for the APAP website, the album (e.g., themes or moods for the album), and social media posts.- The illustration team leader will be asked to guide their team in the creation of the art for the digital album, the website or any other art content necessary for the project.Requirements:
Age: 18 or above
Weekly Work Hours: At least 2 hours every day, amounting to 14 hours every week.

Music Team

Job Description

The music team leaders will be responsible for overseeing music-related content. We are looking for a vocal team lead who will be in charge of communicating between the vocalists and the production team. They will in turn work with a producer team led by Artemis to create original music for the APAP project. The number of original songs that will be created through the APAP project is yet to be determined.The vocal team leader will direct vocalists and ensure all recordings and re-recordings are completed, submitted on schedule, and well organized with spreadsheets and on Google Drive. They will also assist in line distribution and selecting vocalists after auditions.The vocal team leader can be a vocalist themselves, but it is not a requirement. The most important factor is that you have strong organizational and communication skills.Requirements:

Video Team

Job Description

The Video Editing Team leaders will be responsible for overseeing and giving feedback on any contributions related to video content creation, whether it’s short-form promotional videos for the project or, for any original music projects, a music video that could be posted to YouTube. In the distant future, we would also like to create a documentary on the creation of the APAP project, so we would like someone to be able to take charge of overseeing any long-form video content, as well.Requirements:
Age: 18 or above
Weekly Work Hours: At least 2 hours every day, amounting to 14 hours every week.
Language: Must be able to communicate in basic English.

Writing Team

Job Description

The writing team leader will be responsible for overseeing content related to writing such as poetry, letters, and stories written by other contributors and/or ARMYs outside the APAP team. As the leader, you will be proofreading any writing pieces that are submitted to ensure there are no mistakes and it reads well.Requirements:
Age: 18 or above
Weekly Work Hours: At least 2 hours everyday, amounting to 14 hours every week.
Language: Must be extremely fluent in English. Candidates will be required to pass a test on the language after being shortlisted.
